Rules:
1. Participants should bring their own pen, pencils etc.
2. Word limit: 300-350 words (in English).
3. Time limit: 45 minutes
4. Topic will be provided on the spot.
5. Participants must report 45 minutes prior to beginning of the competition.
6. Judgement given by judges will be last and final.
7. Individual participation is allowed.
