Rules:
1. Participants should bring their own Pencils, brushes, colours, etc., college
will provide only the drawing sheet.
2. Topic will be provided on the spot.
3. Time limit for competition will be an hour.
4. Participants must report 45 minutes prior to beginning of the competition.
5. Judgement given by judges will be final.
6. Individual participation is allowed.
